3. Are existing repairs / damages covered under the plan?
No, our plans do not cover existing repairs / damages. The coverage applies only to issues that arise after your plan starts. It's important to address any pre-existing issues before signing up to ensure smooth coverage.
4. Is there a service charge when I request a repair?
Yes, there is a $75 service charge each time you request a repair under your warranty plan. This fee is paid per visit, regardless of the number of repairs needed during that visit.
5. What happens if a repair cannot be made?
If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item with a basic-grade replacement at no additional cost, as long as the replacement does not exceed the coverage limits specified in your plan.
6. Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you can cancel your plan. However, cancellations require a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. For monthly plans canceled within the first year, a cancellation fee will apply.

No, the A/C Add-On does not cover pre-existing air conditioning issues. Only repairs for problems that arise after the contract begins are eligible for coverage.
